Offline Order

To start the offline ordering process, please fill in and submit the Offer Request Form or contact us at info@ridom.de. We will send you an offer and a purchase order form.

The purchase order can be sent by postal mail or fax to Ridom GmbH (Mendelstr. 11, D-48149 Münster, Germany. Fax +49 (251) 490 931 51). Ordering by phone or e-mail will not be accepted.
You can pay by bank/wire transfer or check. All offers and invoices are issued in Euro unless agreed otherwise. Payment conditions are 30 days after receipt of goods, except when explicitly agreed otherwise.

Online Order

Secure online order is done via share-it, a service of our e-commerce partner element 5. You can pay by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club), Switch/Solo, bank/wire transfer, check or cash. Your order will be processed by share-it in the USA or Germany (depending on the country from which you are ordering).
