Ridom EpiCompare runs on Microsoft Windows platforms supporting Java 5.0. It is available free to academic and commercial users.

Installing Instructions

For Windows:

1. Please close all other applications before installing Ridom EpiCompare.
2. Start the installer executable and follow the messages of the wizard dialog.
3. After the installation procedure is completed Ridom EpiCompare can now be run by clicking the desktop icon or selecting the entry in the Start Menu.

Java Version:

1. Extract the archive.
2. Double-click "epicompare.jar" (Note: depending on your operating system, you might have to choose "Open with" or a similar command and select "Java" if double-clicking the file does not work).
3. Or enter "java -jar epicompare.jar" on the command line to launch the software.
